Acquisition

In the last two years we’ve acquired the company “Prestige socks”, merging the old management department with ours.

Moreover, we bought the production building of  “Trico Ltd” – the biggest socks manufacturer in Bulgaria in the past. The company that operated in this building is audited through the internal compliance officers of major clients.

This acquisitions will allow us to double our production in the next one year and reach a capacity of 20 000 000 pairs per annum.
